Description

A quick and easy hearty beef stew!

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Stew Beef
  • ¼ cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 10 whole Mini Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1 whole Sweet Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 14-½ ounces, fluid Beef Broth
  • 1 bag Shredded Carrots (6 Ounce Bag)
  • 2 packages Liptons Onion Soup Mix (2 Ounce Boxes)
  • 1 package McCormicks Beef Stew Seasoning (1.5 Ounce Packet)
  • 1 bag Frozen Corn (12 Ounce Bag)
  • 1 bag Frozen Peas (12 Ounce Bag)

Preparation

Put meat in stoneware. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over meat and sirt to coat. Wash and dice potatoes. Add remaining ingredients (except peas and corn) to slow cooker and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours. With about 30 minutes remaining, add bags of corn and peas. Cook for 30 more minutes to heat up the frozen items. Stir thoroughly before serving. Enjoy!!
