Description

Do you love Thanksgiving but not want to spend 8 hours in the kitchen? Try a wrap! We should be thankful more than once a year. Amen

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Whole Cranberries (frozen Are Great)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 whole 10-12" Flour Tortilla
  • 2 ounces, weight Grilled Chicken Breast, Sliced
  • 8 whole Baked Sweet Potato French Fries
  • ½ cups Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons Leftover Stuffing (if You Have It)

Preparation

In a small microwave safe bowl, place cranberries and honey. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through. Continue to cook cranberries until all of them have burst. Mix well.

Onto your tortilla, layer cranberry sauce, sliced chicken, fries, spinach and stuffing (optional). Roll up the wrap and secure with a toothpick. Enjoy!
