A “dirt ball simple” meatloaf with all the flavors of Thanksgiving.
Preheat oven to 425°.
Place stuffing mix in a large mixing bowl and add chicken stock. Let it sit for a few minutes to soften up, then add in the ground turkey, sage, thyme and egg and mix thoroughly. Place in an 8×8 square or similar baking dish and form into a loaf shape. Bake for 35 minutes.
Combine cranberry sauce with boiling water and stir until cranberry sauce looks like sauce and not like the inside of a can. Pour over meatloaf and place back in the oven for another 25 minutes.
Now, slice it up and serve it with your best Thanksgiving mashed potatoes and that green bean casserole with the fried onions on top.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Made this for dinner tonight, so easy and so delish. Along with some mashed potatoes and broccoli, it was like a little Thanksgiving.

thanks for a good idea to use this inexpensive ground turkey I keep finding in the store. Turkey burgers just weren’t satisfactory.
