Description

This is a great, hearty meal for a crowd. I doubled it and made it for our annual bonfire; it was a hit! So yummy! The perfect combo of sweet BBQ and savory beans and brats. The cilantro and cheese garnish takes it over the top!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Can) Northern Beans
  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Can) Kidney Beans
  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans
  • 10 whole Johnsonville Brats
  • 8 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 cup Salsa, You Decide The Heat Level
  • ¼ cups Brown Sugar

Preparation

Drain and rinse beans. Put them into your slow cooker. Slice brats diagionally into 1-inch pieces and put them into the slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour them into your slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours.

Just before serving, sprinkle with some cilantro, cheese and sour cream.
