Quick, easy, tasty and good for you! Chicken breast and veggies flavored with teriyaki sauce over noodles. It doesn’t get better.
1. Slice chicken breasts into small strips and coat with 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce in a small bowl.
2. Heat seasame oil in a large skillet or wok.
3. Place chicken in heated oil and stir occassionally until cooked through. While chicken cooks, prepare shirataki noodles in the microwave according to package directions.
4. Add frozen vegetables to skillet or wok and stir until warm and soft, about 5 – 10 minutes.
5. Stir last tablespoon of teriyaki sauce and shirataki noodles in to meat and vegetable mixture.
6. Serve warm. Garnish with seasame seeds and a drizzle of teriyaki sauce if desired.
