Heat butter in a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat and add the frozen burgers. Cook 2 minutes then turn the burgers over. Scatter onions and mushrooms around the burgers and cook for 2 minutes. Turn the burgers again. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring frequently. Cook for 3 minutes. Turn burgers again and cook for another 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
Remove burgers and turn the heat back up to medium high. Add the teriyaki sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Spoon the mushroom sauce over the burgers. Great served with a salad.
