Have leftover ham to use up? This pasta comes together quickly, which is perfect for those weeknights when you are left in a pinch!
1. In a large saucepan, cook tortellini according to package directions.
2. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually add milk and cream. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened.
3. Add the ham, cheeses, peas, basil, garlic powder, and pepper; cook and stir until cream cheese is melted. Drain tortellini; add to the pan and heat through.
