Tater Tot Casserole

Description
Get a little fun in with some veggies with this casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef, Cooked
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom
- ½ cups Frozen Peas, Thawed
- ½ cups Frozen Corn, Thawed
- 1 pound Frozen Tater Tots
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, soup, peas, and corn. Then, pour this into a greased 9×13 casserole dish. Top the mixture with a layer of tater tots. This dish will bake for 20 minutes, then remove and add the shredded cheese to the top. Place back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
