Description

Grilled chicken and veggies drenched in a Chinese marinade sauce, served over whole wheat linguine noodles! (You can buy this delicious marinade at Costco).

Ingredients

  • ½ pounds Whole Wheat Linguine Noodles
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Butter
  • 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Diced Into One Inch Pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Yoshidas Original Gourmet Marinade
  • ½ Tablespoons Canola Or Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Yellow Onion, Chopped
  • 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Chopped

Preparation

Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. Boil linguine noodles according to package directions while you start on the other ingredients.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the 1 tablespoon of butter. Add in diced chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink (about 10 minutes). Once chicken is thoroughly cooked, add in the garlic, paprika and marinade sauce. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes.

In a small skillet, add in the oil and saute the onion and bell pepper until onion is translucent (about 10 minutes).
Add the pepper and onion to chicken and marinade mixture. Stir to combine.

When noodles are done boiling, drain and place into individual bowls. Top with chicken/ marinade sauce! ENJOY
