Take advantage of grilling season with these healthy Sweet Chili Chicken, Radish & Zucchini Kabobs!
Season each piece of chicken with the salt and pepper.
On each skewer, layer 1 piece of chicken, 1/2 radish, 1 piece of zucchini. Repeat two more times, then cap off the skewer with 1 last piece of chicken. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Brush the sweet chili sauce on the skewers and grill for 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
