I love making beans at home (crock pot or pressure cooker) – to freeze and have on hand for such dishes, as this. BUT I can not find dried cannellini beans. What’s with that?
I know they are basically white kidney beans…can I just use red kidneys? Off to read up on these beans…
I can’t wait to get some (canned) beans to make this – looks scrumptious!!

hi! Hmm…you could technically just use red beans but this recipe is really good with the large white cannellini (white kidney beans) because they are so creamy! Let me know how it turns out!
