What could be better than chicken wings that are sweet with a subtle kick.
1. Heat your fryer to 375ºF with good clean oil
2. Take your thawed naked wings and pat dry with a paper towel.
3. Add wings to the fryer. The quantity depends on the fryer. Don’t overload the fryer; the more you add, the lower your oil temperature will become, thus not giving you a crunchy exterior.
4. In a medium bowl preferably with a top, add the remaining ingredients (except sesame seeds) and shake/whisk until combined.
5. Cook wings for about 10-15 minutes until brown.
6. In a small bowl with a lid, add about 1/8 of the liquid mixture and then toss in your wings and toss until coated. Note: this will not leave a heavy thick coating but will absorb into the chicken, leaving a sweet yet sassy taste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
