A fairly simple way to impress! A family favorite since I made it for Christmas Eve dinner. I made no changes and was pleased. The sun dried tomatoes sound like a nice way to change it up a little.

Made this last night for my men and it received all thumbs up!

I had to improvise a little on the cream cheese. Used Boursin Shallot & Chive spread mixed with about 2 or 3 oz. of soft cream cheese spread. Also added some sun dried tomoatoes to the mixture.

It was delicious!
