Description

Tasty homemade dough to replace the frozen bread dough in the Stromboli recipe. Using a bread machine makes this recipe nice and easy.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Warm Water
  • 2-¼ teaspoons Yeast
  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • 4 cups Flour Plus Some Extra
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 dash Salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bread machine and set to the dough cycle.

Makes one large stromboli.

***More flour may be needed if dough seems overly sticky.

really flavorful dough! but you need to make sure that it is rolled out really thin otherwise you end up with too much dough in ratio to toppings(innings?).
