Description

Craving comfort food but no time to make it? Here’s your answer, done in 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • ½ pounds Elbow Macaroni
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 6 ounces, fluid Evaporated Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¾ teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 10 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar, Shredded
  • 1 bag (12 Oz. Steamer Bag) Frozen Broccoli, Cooked

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Return to the pot and melt in butter. Stir to combine.

Whisk together the eggs, milk, hot sauce, salt, pepper and mustard. Stir into the pasta and add the cheese.

Over low heat continue to stir for 3 minutes or until combined. Add broccoli and stir to coat.

Serves 2 to 3 as a main dish, 4 or more as a side dish.
