Description

A twist on your average Buffalo Chicken Pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough
  • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Frank's Hot Sauce, Divided
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken, Diced
  • 2 whole Green Onions, diced
  • ½ teaspoons Sesame Seeds

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 400ºF.

Roll out the pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet. Mix Sriracha sauce with half of the hot sauce and spread it evenly on the pizza dough. Sprinkle on half of the mozzarella cheese.

In a bowl, combine diced cook chicken with the rest of the hot sauce. Toss together to coat. Spread chicken around the pizza dough evenly, then sprinkle on the rest of the mozzarella cheese. Top with green onions and sesame seeds and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
