Description

Sometimes the simplest things in life are the tastiest! The key to this sandwich is the pumpernickel has to be crusty and the avocado has to be ripe. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Also makes an awesome tea sandwich for your next party!

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Sliced Pumpernickel
  • 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted And Thinly Sliced
  • 2 pinches Fresh Black Pepper
  • 6 whole Radishes, Greens Trimmed Off Then Sliced Into Rounds
  • 2 pinches Pink Himalayan Salt Or Sea Salt
  • 2 pinches Micro Greens, Optional

Preparation

Toast bread using your preferred method. Then set each slice on a plate and add thinly sliced avocado in an even layer. Sprinkle with black pepper and top with radish circles. Sprinkle with pink salt and then micro greens if you have them. Enjoy.
