Description

Chicken, hot sauce, butter, ranch dressing, 3 cheeses all wrapped up in a biscuit. Need I say more?

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 Oz. Can) Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (8 Large Biscuits In A Can, Such As Pillsbury Grands)
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • ¼ cups Hot Sauce, to taste
  • 2 cups Cooked And Cubed Chicken Nuggets Or Fingers
  • ¼ cups Plus 2 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing
  • ½ cups Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • ½ cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Chopped Cilantro, For Garnish

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 8 jumbo muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

Pop open the can of biscuits. Press each biscuit dough round into the bottom and up the sides (about halfway) of the greased pan.

In a large bowl, mix butter and hot sauce together. Stir in chicken to coat. Set aside.

To assemble: spread 1/2 tablespoon ranch dressing onto the bottom of each biscuit bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of blue cheese crumbles on the dressing and top with about 1/4 cup of prepared chicken. Top chicken with another 1/2 tablespoon of ranch dressing, 1/2 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles and 1 tablespoon each of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges have browned and dough is thoroughly cooked. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans. Top with chopped cilantro and serve warm with more ranch dressing.

These are AMAZING!! My family loved them!! We actually doubled the recipe and made them for supper! (and we did just mix the ranch in with the hot sauce and butter. It worked out just great!) Definitely a new family favorite!

These look great but why couldn’t you just mix in the ranch dressing with the chicken? Looks like you’d get a more distributed flavor punch.

These were simple to make and a hit at my house! I served them to hungry football fans watching the playoffs :) I used a 6 count jumbo tin and followed the recipe but just eyeballed the cheese amounts, etc. They turned out awesome!
