A twist on a classic chili with an abundance of flavors, slow cooked for 2 hours.
In a large skillet, add butter, ground turkey, diced onions, and diced jalapeño. Cook 7-8 minutes, stirring to break up turkey meat and brown up.
Add lime zest and juice. Add cumin, black pepper, chili powder, and stir to incorporate ingredients.
Place into slow cooker on medium heat. Add vegetable stock and diced tomatoes, stir, and cover slow cooker. Cook for 2 hours on medium heat.
I just love this with crusty sliced bread on the side. Enjoy!
