Quick and easy mildly spicy chicken meatballs.
1. Mix all ingredients (except oil) in a large bowl.
2. Roll mixture into golfball-sized balls and set them on a plate.
3. In a large skillet, heat the fat of choice at medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs and cook about 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning them a few times to cook all sides.
4. Top with your favorite sauce.
5. Devour!
