Made these for dinner tonight, LOVED THEM! Very easy to put together, and very flavorful! I will be adding them to our regular menu rotation. Warning, when it says “spicy” it isn’t joking. It’s not like burn your mouth off, but I don’t think little kids would like the heat.

Great recipe! These were super easy and quick to make, and they’re super tasty. We’ll definitely be making these again! I did like another reviewer and added cilantro and lime to the rice prior to adding it in…delish! But really the recipe doesn’t require any tweaking…its great just as written.

Really good and quick to make. I used white rice and added lime and cilantro to make it more Chipotle-like. Otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Will definitely make again!!
