Description

Spinach, garlic and pine nuts take the ordinary to the extraordinary in this simple-to-make pasta dish.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 pound Spaghetti, Cooked Al Dente
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach Leaves, Sliced
  • ¼ cups Pine Nuts, Toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt, Or More To Taste
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper, Or More To Taste
  • ¼ cups Aged Cheese, Shaved (Parmesan, Locatelli, Etc)

Preparation

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic cloves and cook just until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Add pasta, spinach and pine nuts. Using tongs, toss the ingredients just until heated, about 2-3 minutes.

Add salt and a generous amount of fresh ground black pepper. Serve topped with fresh shaved cheese.
