Description

A quick and easy, completely cheesy recipe, kinda like this description.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chicken, Cooked, Cubed
  • ¼ boxes Pasta, Cooked
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • ½ cups Frozen Corn
  • 3 Tablespoons Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese, Divided Use

Preparation

Thoroughly mix everything but 1/4 cup of cheese. Spread into a square baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 14 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is fully melted. Makes 2 servings or 4 small servings.

If you prefer seasoned chicken, cook with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and chili powder. You can choose any cheese, from Monty Jack to Mexican blend or whatever you please.

We really enjoyed this!

It was toooo cold to run to the grocery store, so I had all the ingredients for this already here.

Only thing I did differently was used pinto beans to replace the chicken. I seasoned them with your suggested spices and it came out very well!

I really liked the flavor. I actually used ground turkey as I didn’t have any chicken on hand and it turned out really well. I added some onion, cumin and chili powder as well to the ground turkey which turned out quite yummy!

This recipe is simple with just a few ingredients. It has great flavor and can certainly be altered for choice of spice. Even m pickiest eater gave it a thumbs up.
