Description

Perfect sweet, smokey, spicy ratio.

Ingredients

  • 3-½ pounds Family Package Chicken Wings, Split Into Wing And Drummette
  • 10 ounces, weight Jar Raspberry Jelly/jam (no Sugar Added)
  • 4 ounces, weight Canned Jalapenos, Diced
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Chipotle Powder

Preparation

1. Separate your chicken from whole wings into wings and drummettes, discard the tips. Add to a large bowl. Pour all ingredients over chicken and stir until thoroughly mixed together.

2. Place on foil lined baking sheet, drizzle the remaining sauce from bottom of bowl over the wings.

3. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 425 degrees F for 45-60 minutes until desired crispness is achieved.

I love me some wings…i cook them all the time with different flavors…I’ll have to try thiese flavors…thanks!

These wings have a good flavor, but they could use a little more kick to them; I found them very mild. Next time I make this, I intend to add more jalapeno and chipotle powder. Otherwise, it’s a great recipe as is!
