Slice and toast bagels using your preferred method, until golden brown.
In medium non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the eggs until just done to your liking. Remove from heat. Set aside momentarily.
Spread softened cream cheese over the bottom half of the toasted bagels. Top cream cheese with scrambled egg, sliced tomato, red onion, smoked salmon and dill. Top with top of the toasted bagels. Serve immediately.
