Remove the greens from the turnips, wash them and slice the turnips thinly. Place them in a food processor and mince them finely. Add the goat cheese and puree the mixture until it is creamy and the bits of turnip are not noticeable.
Place the goat cheese mixture into a small bowl or plastic container and mix in the smoked salmon, broken into 1-inch pieces or shreds.
Put some of the salad on a slice of bread, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
