Description

This chicken is so easy to make. It just falls apart as you take it out of your slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans (10 Oz. Can) Rotel Diced Tomatoes With Chiles
  • 2-½ pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Salsa

Preparation

Add one can of tomatoes into the bottom of the slow cooker. Layer in a few pieces of the chicken, then top with another can. Add in a few more pieces of chicken and top with the last can of diced tomatoes.

Cook for 6 hours on high or 8 hours on low in your slow cooker.

Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks. Mix in the salsa and let the flavors come together in the slow cooker for another 30 minutes.

Serve with your favorite taco fixings!
