I loved how it just fell apart and was so tender. It reminded me of the “Swiss Steak” dish at one of our favorite family style restaurants in colonial Amana, Iowa.
I am passing this recipe on to all of my friends and family and will only make cube steak using THIS recipe from now on. Thanks for a simple yet delicious recipe.
