A delish cheeseburger smothered in cheese and onions. And not just any old onions … These are sautéed in red wine.

Feel free to customize the toppings to your taste. I like my wrap with avocado, tomato and lettuce while my husband likes the chicken on a bun as a club sandwich. The real key to this recipe is the marinade.

A traditional Vietnamese sandwich that uses grilled Chinese pork. It’s a fusion that is so incredibly delicious you will consider having another the following day.

I mean … this is great on pasta, but you could eat it as a soup too. Or drink it with a straw.

This is probably one of the simplest dishes in the world. Just throw everything in a pot and it works its own magic.

These pork tacos are amazing !!!! The flavor that is in your mouth is wonderful. I did have to add salt and garlic powder to the pork after it was shredded. I would still add the salt after cooking so you can put in as much as you like. The onion and cilantro mixture really adds a nice touch. We added sour cream and shredded cheese as well.

I made these tacos this weekend and they were delicious! I served them with Mexican rice, which had black beans and corn included in the recipe. Thanks for sharing. I think it would be good with chicken as well.

I made this with some pork I had slow cooked the day before so I just let it all simmer in a pan for about 30 minutes. I also added a little extra lime juice, but these were amazing! We used the pork the next day to make quesidillas, love this pork!!

I just got done eating these. They were DELISH!!! My boyfriend loved them too! The best part is that it made so much I have plenty leftover for more tacos or to make into BBQ sandwiches. I really enjoyed the pork by itself… I kept sneaking bites when I was shredding it. Thanks for sharing, it was so, so easy! I will definitely make this again!
