Looks yummy, I make my french dips in the crock pot too. I havent used the onion soup mix but will give that a try, thanks!

Love this! I too make these so easy when you are a busy family! Everyone can eat when they want to… the onion soup mix sounds great… I also use the Au Jus seasoning packet on the meat, it really tenderizes it and make the meat juices even more rich!
