This is my favorite winter go-to recipe. Or really for any time since it’s so easy to make. I don’t even add the sour cream since it ends up thick enough by the end of cooking for us.

I have made this recipe a few times now and it has quickly become a family favorite. When I ask what everyone wants for dinner, this almost always is at the top of the list. Delicious!

This was exactly the flavor I was looking for–and SO easy! Thanks so much for posting. I’ll be making this regularly.

This recipe is great! I had been looking for a better beef stroganoff recipe ever since my husband told me mine was bland. This one was a big improvement! It had a great flavor. And, it was very easy to make! I’ll be making this one often.

Best stroganoff I’ve ever had! My husband and I both loved this, and I will fix it again!

This was the best! I love the feeling of having dinner done when I close the lid of the crock pot in the morning!

This Stroganoff was really good and so easy! I used reduced fat cream of mushroom soup, but I could not find reduced fat golden mushroom, otherwise I would’ve used that too. The sauce is deliciously thick and creamy from the cream cheese. I think I might try adding some fresh baby bellas next time I make this. I kept the egg noodles separate and just spooned the stroganoff over when I was ready to serve dinner. By serving dinner I mean, putting it on a plate for myself and sitting down in front of the TV.
Anyway, my boyfriend really liked this as well so it’s a winner and will definitely go into the rotation for the rest of the winter. Thank you for this recipe!

This is so easy and crazy delicious! My husband and I BOTH loved the flavor and I like things on the salty side so I didn’t find it too salty at all. We served it over egg noodles and I flavored the water with some beef bouillon to give the noodles a bit of beef flavor.
This will definitely be made again and again! Thanks!!!!

This recipe is wonderful! My family loved it and it was so easy. I might try it with the fresh mushrooms (as suggested above) and over some sinfully rich homemade mashed potatoes as a variation. Thank you!

My family loved this and has requested I make it again. It was very easy. Made the whole house smell great. I wanted to give this 5 oven mitts but I had a little trouble with the mouse.

Very, very good! My family loved this recipe and the slow cooking method allows for purchasing a less expensive piece of beef, if preferred.
Thank you!

This has to be the easiest beef stroganoff I have ever made! Not to mention it was delicious! Thanks for such a great recipe!!!

This was really good. I found it to be just a touch too salty, but low-sodium soup would fix that. The kids all ate it! Will be making again.

This was really easy to make and tasted good but a bit salty, even with using some low-salt soups. What I did to help was to make mashed potatoes to serve the stroganoff over and didn’t put any salt in the potatoes. They were bland on their own but just right with the stroganoff.

This was super easy to make and really good. I’m not a huge fan of beef stroganoff but my hubby really liked it. It was filling and I even froze the leftovers!

This was delicious and super easy. I used diet lean stew meat and it was amazingly tender and yummy! I sauteed a pound of sliced mushrooms and added them at the end with the sour cream and cream cheese. I made it for my sister’s kids and my husband, and even her picky eaters loved it and asked for seconds. I meant to get low-sodium soups after reading the comments but forgot, but in the end we didn’t think it seemed salty at all. I definitely will be making this again!

Just made this for dinner yesterday- it was delicious! I modified it a bit. Only used one can of each soup and only 1 pound of meat since there’s only 2 of us. Didn’t have to add sour cream or cream cheese at the end as the sauce ended up thick and creamy on its own. Fab recipe!!

I made this today. It was very easy and very good. I couldn’t find Golden Mushroom soup, so I used Mushroom with Roasted Garlic, and then omitted the garlic that the recipe called for. My 4-year old ate it up, which makes it a winner in my book.

Thanks for sharing this recipe! My family loved it – even after they saw what it looked like when I threw it into the crockpot before we left home! To come home to such a wonderful aroma was heaven and the beef was so tender!Definately a keeper for my recipe box!
