Easy to make and went well with rice. Could use more flavoring. I plan to experiment with more seasoning next time.

Delicious and easy. I had left over sliced red peppers, so I threw them in the bottom of the crock pot too. It was wonderful!

This was such a great dinner! For just two of us, this was yummy leftovers too! It was moist and flavorful. We did double the amount of marinade as it didn't seem like it would cover all the meat. Loved it!

Made this last night and it was AMAZING and so easy. I didn't have oregano so I used a Greek spice rub I had on hand and I had to substitute veg oil for olive since we had just run out. Still, it was fantastic and so tender. This will be a regular in the rotation for sure.

Have made it a number of times now, and we never get tired of this delicious pork. I always trim away as much of the fat as I can get to, and half the amount of salt is good for us. Fantastic recipe.
