This is a quick and easy version of lasagna. Without the hassle of those lasagna noodles. It is oh so delicious!
-Cut onion and cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet until beef is browned and onions are translucent. Boil a large pot of water and cook noodles according to package instructions.
-After noodles are cooked, drain and drizzle with olive oil.
-If needed drain meat and then season meat according to taste with a bit of salt, pepper, garlic salt and/or Italian seasoning.
-Combine all ingredients in a pot & fold together and allow it to combine over low heat for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
