Description

This simple and delicious sesame noodle dish gets a protein boost from chicken and edamame, topped with cilantro and sriracha. Get your chopsticks ready!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces, weight Angel Hair Pasta, Cooked According To Package Instruction For Al Dente And Drained
  • ¼ cups Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cooked Using Your Preferred Method Then Chopped
  • 1 cup Edamame (soy Beans), Removed From Pods
  • ¼ cups Cilantro, Chopped
  • Sriracha Hot Sauce, For Serving

Preparation

While you’re cooking the noodles … In a medium sized bowl whisk together the soy, sugar, garlic, vinegar, oils, and red pepper flakes until sugar is dissolved. Put the chicken and edamame in a large serving bowl then add the dressing and toss to combine. When noodles are done, drain off the water and pour the hot noodles into the bowl with the other ingredients and toss well to combine. Serve with cilantro on top and sriracha on the side.
