Description

Simple but delicious pasta recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1-⅞ ounces, weight Pecan Nuts
  • 7 ounces, weight Tagliatelle Or Other Pasta
  • 3 Tablespoons Mascarpone Italian Cheese
  • 2-½ ounces, weight Drained Oil Sardines
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 3-⅝ ounces, weight French Cheese "comté" Or Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Chop the pecan nuts. Leave aside.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain the pasta and leave aside. In the pasta’s casserole, put the mascarpone, the drained sardines and the pecan nuts. Stir and season with salt and pepper. Add the pasta and stir again.

Serve immediately with cheese. Mmm.
