Description

Super easy and fast.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans Tuna In Water, Drained (5 Oz Cans)
  • ½ cups Chunky Salsa
  • ⅓ cups Cornmeal
  • 1 whole Egg

Preparation

1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl – make sure to mix well.
2) Form the mixture into patties (I got 12 patties out of the 3 cans).
3) Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Make sure it is completely hot before liberally spraying your pan with cooking spray. Place patties into the hot pan and cook until golden and slightly crispy (about 1 minute). Flip and cook on other side.
4) Continue with rest of patties.
5) Serve on top of a salad, on a sandwich, or however your heart desires.

Side Note: Make sure to drain the tuna super well. When forming the patties, some more juice may come out. Just squeeze it out and continue forming the patties.
