i made this and it turned out great! i’m always looking for new ways to spice up our salmon, and the tender vegetables were so delish. i didn’t have any green beans, and i only used 8oz. of salmon for 2 servings – with some brown jasmine rice.

I made this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it! We are definitely going to make it again and maybe try it with mahi mahi.

THIS WAS DELICIOUS! Made this last night, the only subs I made were Tilapia for the Salmon. I’ll be making this quite often, can’t wait to eat the leftovers today for lunch! Thanks for such a yummy, and healthy, recipe

Big hit with the family last night. Which is great considering my oldest son says that he hates salmon. I did add a few of my own spices, I am from South Louisiana and we like a little kick to our food. Thanks for sharing the great recipe!
