A salmon that is tasty and healthy and easy to make! This uses only 3 spices: coriander, cumin, and red chili powder, all of which are available at your regular supermarket.

Whole salmon, stuffed with a rustic mixture of kale, radicchio, shiitake and button mushrooms is oven poached in white wine, lemon and stone ground mustard. The cooking liquid is then used to make a sauce which is a perfect finish for this elegant dish.

These scallops may not be considered comfort food but they will definitely make a bad day much better!

Battered and rolled around in panko, these nuggets are super easy and equally delicious!

i made this and it turned out great! i’m always looking for new ways to spice up our salmon, and the tender vegetables were so delish. i didn’t have any green beans, and i only used 8oz. of salmon for 2 servings – with some brown jasmine rice.
thanks for the recipe!

THIS WAS DELICIOUS! Made this last night, the only subs I made were Tilapia for the Salmon. I’ll be making this quite often, can’t wait to eat the leftovers today for lunch! Thanks for such a yummy, and healthy, recipe

I made this last night and it was AWESOME! Even my husband, who thinks that only butter and lemon should go on salmon, loved it!

Big hit with the family last night. Which is great considering my oldest son says that he hates salmon. I did add a few of my own spices, I am from South Louisiana and we like a little kick to our food. Thanks for sharing the great recipe!
