Description

What is better than salmon, green onions, soy sauce, and saffron rice?

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Salmon Fillets
  • 2 whole Carrots
  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Lay a large piece of tinfoil on the counter, enough in which to wrap the salmon fillets. Place the salmon fillets skin side down. Drizzle the soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice over the top of the fillets. Chop green onions and carrots to your desired amount, making sure to thinly slice the carrots so they cook thoroughly. Sprinkle them in around the salmon. Wrap up the tinfoil and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked.

Serve with your favorite brand of saffron rice and enjoy!
