In this turkey salad, the mayo is swapped out for goat cheese. White wine, golden raisins, honey, Dijon and tarragon on the turkey breast add the right balance of light, fresh flavors.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the white wine, raisins, goat cheese, honey, salt, and pepper. Stir with a wooden spoon until the mixture becomes soft and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the turkey. Enjoy!
