Preheat oven to 400 F.
Add tomatoes into a small bowl. Toss with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Place tomatoes on a small baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes until tender. When done, remove them from the oven and set aside.
Put your wraps on a work surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on each wrap. Top with 3 slices of fresh mozzarella, 1/2 of the turkey and top with 1/2 the roasted tomatoes.
Roll up the wrap bringing sides in to close the ends. Then slice it in half. Continue with remaining wrap.
Serve with a side salad or fresh fruit.
