Red, White & Moo Kebobs

Description
In celebration of Fourth of July, here is a colorful and tasty and EASY kebob to throw on the grill!
Ingredients
- 2 whole Medium Red Peppers
- 2 whole Medum Onions
- 1-½ pound Stew Beef Or Other Beef, Cubed
- 1 cup Italian Salad Dressing
- 2 Tablespoons Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
Slice peppers and onions lengthwise and into 1-1.5″ sections. Alternate pepper, onion and beef on skewers.
Mix the remaining ingredients and marinate skewers for several hours, turning at least once.
Grill on medium for 3-4 minutes, then turn and grill another 3-4 minutes.
