Description

Easy, tasty pork chops!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Center Cut Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 teaspoons Salt And Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Tony Chachere's Or Other Creole Seasonings
  • 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Ranch Dressing Mix

Preparation

Heat oven to 375F. Season pork chops with salt, pepper and seasonings. In a plate, empty the ranch dressing mix. Roll pork chops in ranch dressing until they are covered completely. Put pork chops in a 13×9 pan and bake for 45 minutes!

I think I should have gotten clarification before making this because the seasoning was so overpowering that even after scraping off the seasoning it was hardly edible. I used pork chops as directed and 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper and 2 tsp Tony Chachere’s. Did I make it incorrectly???

I had a pork loin roast and wanted to do something different with it. Even though this recipe calls for chops, I mixed together all the seasonings in a bowl and patted it on the roast. I also tossed some potatoes with oil and then in the left over seasoning. Oh my, this was unexpected and tasty, tasty – both the pork and the potatoes! The leftovers are going to make some killer sandwiches and salads! Hmmm, might even do tacos.
