Description

A nice breading gives these pork chops a refreshing flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope (1 Oz. Envelope) Ranch Dry Seasoning Mix
  • ¼ cups Plain Bread Crumbs
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 4 whole Pork Chops

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350F.

In a bowl, mix the ranch mix and the bread crumbs. In another bowl, mix and beat the eggs. Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture and then coat with the dry mixture.

The best way to cook these is on a wire rack so the mixture does not stick. When I made these, I used a foil-lined baking dish and sprayed it with nonstick cooking spray, which also worked well.

Bake these in the oven for 1 hour and serve with your favorite veggies!

Made these for Sunday lunch with gluten free breadcrumbs. I believe baking them on a rack over a foil lined sheet pan is definitely the way to go. Served with easy peasy corn and cheesy rice. Yum!

These are great! Have made them twice and the husband complained that I didn’t make enough the first time. You were right, they did turn out better when cooked on a wire rack vs. in a pan. Lesson learned
