Shell pasta with a creamy cheese sauce in 30 minutes or less.
Combine butter and flour (season to taste with salt and pepper) and brown slightly in a pan. Add broth and milk, stir until mixed together and warm. Add cheese and melt. Pour over pasta and put into a pyrex pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. (I topped mine with a little shredded cheese to make it pretty.)
