This was a fantastic easy last minute recipe! I didn't have cornmeal, so I used crushed tortilla chips. This will definitely become a regular meal!

Love this! My new go-to recipe for chicken strips (nuggets). I love the addition of cornmeal here. I wouldn't have ever thought of it but it works great. Thanks so much!

Loved this!! Used Kellogg's corn flake crumbs instead of bread crumbs to keep it gluten free and didn't have cajun seasoning salt so used Red Robin seasoning salt.

This was such a great recipe. I tweaked it a bit, but it still turned out fabulously! Instead of using thighs, I used breast tenderloins (just because they were cheaper for once). Also - I omitted the cornmeal and used Panko instead - it gave it such a nice crunch. This is definitely a new go-to in my house!
