Description

A lasagna so easy to make, even I can do it! No, seriously, I am capable of making this on my own, it requires so little effort you might even feel guilty enjoying it so much.

Ingredients

  • 1 box No Boil Lasagna Noodles, 16 Ounce Box
  • 10 ounces, weight Ricotta, More Or Less To Taste
  • 8 ounces, weight Goat Cheese (more To Taste)
  • 28 ounces, fluid Bolognese Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (more To Taste)

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit

Combine ricotta and goat cheese.

Using a 9×9 baking dish (you can really use whatever size you want depending on how many servings you’d like to make, but I’ve found that a 9×9 is a good size to make about 6-8 servings), begin by laying down a thin layer of sauce.

Add a layer of no boil noodles, top with more sauce and the ricotta mixture. You can also add mozzarella into the layers if you’d like it extra cheesy. I’m not judging you.

Continue adding layers until you’ve got enough or you run out of supplies (whichever comes first).

Top it off with a ton of mozzarella (or a little if you don’t like cheese very much).

Bake until the top is bubbly and browned (usually between 30-40 minutes).

Enjoy!

I was so hoping this would work, as it seemed so simple. At the end of 40 minutes, the lasagna noodles were not cooked. I put it back into the oven for another 30 minutes, and it was then edible.
