A quick and cheap dinner for two! Perfect for those on a budget, or anyone who wants to have the taste of take-out at home!
Cook your frozen veggies according to the package instructions and set aside.
Boil a pot of water then cook your noodles until done, about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a skillet on medium-high heat, and then add in your drained noodles. Toss and allow the noodles to crisp up a bit. While noodles are crisping, combine soy sauce, the half seasoning packet, red pepper, brown sugar and garlic powder in a small bowl. Whisk until sugar is dissolved, then pour onto the crisping noodles. Toss to fully coat, then add in your cooked vegetables.
Give everything a quick flip, divide into two servings and enjoy!
