Perfect for when you have a bare-bones cupboard and don’t know what to do with chicken!

Good warm, chilled, or at room temp.

My husband lovvvvvvvves it, my husband’s dad lovvvves it, my husband’s friends lovvvve it…thanks to Grandma for the classic!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise/Miracle Whip
  • ½ cups Dijon Mustard
  • 6 whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breats
  • 2-½ cups Dry Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cups Melted Marg/Butter

Preparation

Combine salad dressing and mustard; mix well.

Brush chicken with mixture; coat with crumbs.

Place in two (13×9) pans; drizzle with melted marg/butter.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Good warm, chilled, or at room temp.
You can make it ahead of time to bake later in the day.

Oh my this was so good and easy! I didn’t feel like messing with making bread crumbs so I just crushed up some ritz crackers and sprinkled them on. Turned out great!

This was really good! the leftovers made a great chicken salad the next day too.
I can’t wait to try this recipe again, only instead of using breadcrumbs, I’m going to used crushed pretzels!

I really liked this but my husband didn’t. Maybe next time I’ll use less of the mayo/mustard mixture on his portion.
