Thanks, Patiodadio: this is a great recipe and I never would have thought of it myself. It has become 12-y/o’s favorite recipe now.
While I am not the biggest fan of those canned biscuits by themselves, but I used them in the recipe and they were even better than the ones with homemade dough.

These were an excellent way to use up our leftover pork! We hadn’t really BBQ’d the pork so I added a little sauce to the inside of the pocket before cooking – so delicious! I also used ranchinmom2four’s flaky biscuit recipe (found here on tastykitchen – just look in her recipe box for “Easy Flaky Buttery Biscuits”) instead of the store bought biscuits and they worked really well! Using those biscuits, I set the oven at 450 and baked them for 13 minutes. Definitely making the family favorite list. Thanks for sharing it!

I’ve used this recipe for leftover pulled pork and recently leftover pot roast and roasted potatoes. Thanks for the recipe! My hungry Army boys love it!

Wow, these look easy, especially if I buy that already prepared pulled pork made by Lloyd’s, Thanks for sharing.

Ok,….just saying that these are serious YUMORAMA!
I look forward to Daddio making these each time. I’m all about saucy dipping, so his BBQ sauce with these is grand.
Once he used the biscuits with the butter in them, and wow…they looked funny, but they tasted so good!

Yum! Made these tonight with my little man who had a great time “squishing the dough!” If even a 3 year old can make these and they turn out so deliciously, I say they’re pretty close to perfect!

I just made these, using some other bread dough I had on hand. Very good idea. Love it.
