5-ingredient chicken that’ll blow your mind.
For the honey mustard:
Whisk together ingredients until completely combined. Set aside until ready to use.
For the chicken:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Set an oven-safe cooling rack over a baking sheet and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
One at a time, place the chicken breasts between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and pound (with a meat mallet) to 1/4-1/8″ thickness. Set aside.
Place crushed pretzels into a shallow pie plate. In another pie plate, place 1/2-2/3 cups of the honey mustard (reserving the rest for serving).
Dunk the chicken breasts (one at a time) in the honey mustard and then into the crushed pretzels, being sure that you coat the chicken well. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked completely and is no longer pink when cut into.
Serve hot with a side of honey mustard.
